GenZ Are Coming – Are You Ready?
Here is a great summary of the Generations, including (our favorite) Generation Z. It is estimated that this next Generation are 23 million strong and growing.
What are they saying about this next Generation?
Generation Z live in a world of instant gratification and will continue to thrive on acceleration and next, next, next.
For Gen Z, who has and will grow up with social communities, meeting, befriending and interacting with the online community will be second nature.
Generation Z will find little value in privacy and will be referred to as “open books”.
Textbooks, manuals – not for Generation Z. Their attention spans will be able to handle only information that is broken up into bite-size, manageable pieces.

Ah this is a bit insulting to write that Gen Z can't digest anything other than bite-sized pieces of information.
Actually the opposite is true: Gen Z can multi-task and absorb information 100X faster than an older person can but the key is, they have to want to learn the information.
Gen Z sees all knowledge as being stored online so it is a waste of time for them to regurgitate useless facts as required by traditional schooling. If you ask a Gen Z to come up with a new solution they will but they don't like to memorize facts by rote as children did in the past.
As a parent of some Gen Z's I see them more as multi-dimensional multi-tasking young people who have developed in ways previous generations could not fathom. The internet which is like another dimension is here to stay and Gen Z like all humans from here on in..know that this other online reality-world is an adjunct to day to day life. Earlier generations tend to see the here and now 3rd dimension (not internet) as the only reality. I think Gen Z are going to be the kind of adults who don't go with status quo just because and who need to be brilliant in new out of the box ways in order to clean up the mess left by previous generations.
